A. Yes we do offer a basic delivery, for a small fee, or full service, which includes set up, we strive to keep all of our prices as low as possible, whether it is a product or delivery service (prices vary depending on the work required.)

Q. Is there layaway plans?

A. Yes we do have layaway plans available (Free of Charge.)

Q. If an item needs to be ordered, how long does it take to order?

A. Items generaly take around seven to ten business days to order. Sometimes items may come in sooner than we promise.

Q. Are the items in the store warrantied?

A. Most factories that we deal with offer warranties, however Brothers Fine Furniture LLC is not the one that makes these warranties. If a situation arises were you may need some help mediating your warranty, with a specific factory, we will be happy to assist you in doing so. So in short, some factories do, and Brothers Fine Furniture LLC does not offer warranties. The factories that we deal with have very good reputations.

Q. How long does it take to get an item delivered?

A. If we have that item in stock, we try to ship it the same day, if possible. We provide pretty fast service, however sometimes we may have to post pone deliveries do to bad weather, such as snow storms etc....

Q. What is Brothersrugs.com? Why are the prices slightly higher than Brothersfinefurniture.com?

A. Brothersrugs.com is one of our secure web sites. Its primary purpose is for customers to pay for products online, with out having to visit the store. An example of this is, need a mattress set for a great price delivered fast, but don't have time to get to the store, order it online. The prices on Brothersrugs.com are our regular prices which include shipping. We do offer lower prices on Brothersfinefurniture.com which are all based on customer pick up, at our warehouse.
